Hey,
it's
Barb,
aka
Mudd/Mom.
I've
been
a
huge
Puddle
of
Mudd
fan
since
2000
but
didn't
see
my
first
show
till
May
2001.
My
most
favorite
things
in
life
are
my
sons,
grandkids
and
traveling.
Of
course
traveling
is
best
if
it
includes
a
Mudd
show,
so
that
also
means
I
have
to
work
full
time
:-)
When
I'm
not
doing
any
of
those
things
I'm
reading
:-)
I
can't
wait
for
the
new
CD,
'Famous'
is
a
great
first
single. |

My
name
is
Halina.
Right
now
I
work
as
a
journalist
and
a
copywriter
although
I'm
not
sure
if
that's
what
I
want
to
do
for
the
rest
of
my
life.
There
are
so
many
other
interesting
jobs...
:)
Puddle
of
Mudd
has
been
my
number
one
favorite
band
since
they
released
Control.
They
are
the
very
best
to
me
since
then
and
I'm
pretty
sure
they
will
always
be.
I
have
never
seen
them
rocking
live
yet,
but
'yet'
is
the
keyword
here.
I
will
see
their
concert
one
beautiful
day,
that's
for
sure
:)

My
name
is
Robin
aka
Starnorth.
I've
been
a
huge
Puddle
of
Mudd
fan
since
2001
when
I
first
heard
'Control'
on
the
radio. Before
their
album 'Come
Clean'
was released,
I
listened
to
it
on
their
website
and
was
absolutely blown
away.
I found
out
that
they
were
coming
to
Hartford,
CT
to
open
up
for
Godsmack.
I
bought
tickets
to
the
show and
POM was
amazing.
Since
then
I've
traveled
all
over
the
Northeast
for
Puddle
of
Mudd
shows
including
one
that
I
went
to
in
Pensacola,
FL
while vacationing there.
I'm
very excited
about
their
new
CD
and
love
the
new
song
'Famous'.

Hi,
I'm
Jackie.
I
have
been
a
fan
since
2001.
My
first
POM
concerts
was
in
Hartford
Ct
when
they
opened
for
Korn.
Ever
since
then
I
can't
get
enough.
I
have
been
to
over
20
maybe
25
of
Wes'
shows.
I
say
Wes
because
I
saw
him
preform
acousticly
alone
3
times.
It's
been over
a
year (today
being
Nov
4,
2007)
since
my
last
Mudd
concert
and
I
am
Jonesing
bad.
Its
nice
to
know
I'm
not
alone.
I
live
and
work
in
random
places
so
that
don't
matter
none,
just
give
me
some
more
MUDD!!!

I've
listened
to
Puddle
of
Mudd
since
Come
Clean,
but
never had
a
chance
to
see
them
in
concert
until
this
past
summer!
Rockfest
started
my
obsession
and
since
then
I've
seen
them
15
times!
I
love
roadtrips,
waiting

with
other

to
name
a
few
things!
Some
of
my

include:

I'm
a
44
year
old
male.
I
have
been
listening
to
rock
since
I
was
a
teenager.
I
absolutely
love
Puddle
of
Mudd.
I
first
saw
them
at
a
live
show
the
night
before
the
Preakness
in
the
Inner
Harbor
in
Baltimore.
As
we
arrived,
they
were
practicing
for
the
outside
concert
and
I
could
here
"Nobody
Told
Me",
which
is
my
favorite
song
from
them.
We
walked
right
up
to
the
stage
and
watched
them
jam,
it
was
awesome.
What
I
like
about
them
is,
they're
right
down
to
it
rock
and
roll,
no
frills
no
gimmicks.
The
second
time
I
saw
them
them
with
Saliva
at
the
Rams
Head
Live
in
Baltimore.
While
i
did
enjoy
Saliva,
Puddle
of
Mudd
just
brought
it.
I
think
they
have
their
own
sound,
not
like
these
cookie
cutter
copycat
bands
with
no
originality. |

Hey,
my name is Jean, aka PhansOMudd. I represent a whole
bunch of Mudd fans, including Steph, my daughter who asked
to go to here first Mudd show when she was 14. She had
on her
Holiday
“Wish List”, Puddle of Mudd’s album, “Life On
Display”. To make a long story short, we not only
loved hearing “Away From Me”, and “Spin You
Around” on the radio, we were blown away at that first
show for us, March 2004, at the State Theater in
Maine
. I discovered who performed the song, “Abrasive”,
a song I heard a while back that I believed would be the *fav
summer song*…and when we got back from vacation
that year, it had disappeared. Back to the first show
–Once Puddle Of Mudd opened with Control (with War Pigs),
the Mudd Love in the crowd was so thick! This was the
most FUN Rock Show ever. Puddle Of Mudd’s
songwriting is so amazing, it’s not like every song sounds
the same, they’re all different, with different music
styles, and something everyone can relate to. Steph
will be 20 soon, Leo turned 21 – he was a fan since
the Come Clean days, and never blasted “She Hates Me”
lol. When he saw POM this year, he was amazed not only
by their show, also by their cover songs – especially
“Breed” by Nirvana. My son Jim, who has a
few months left of his 3rd Iraq Military tour,
saw POM last year in
Florida
. When he met Christian, Doug and Ryan, he stated,
“Your band was THE BEST ONE!” It was nice to
hear it from somebody else. Even though I post a rant
of a review, nobody (except our rocker friends) wants to
hear the “long version” when they ask, “How was the
show?” lol. Life is busy. Puddle Of Mudd
always amazes us, so much so that it’s difficult putting
it down so people can “get it”. lol. 13 Of
us, including my son Ron and grandson Chris, went to a POM
show in NH this year, and everyone was like, “I had so
much fun, you don’t even know”. |
